Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required for ATV rentals. All bookings must be done in advance on the website.

Is the deposit required?
Yes, we require a $100 deposit PER ATV. In case of any damage to the ATV by the client, this deposit will be used. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refundable.
What are the age requirements for renting an ATV?
Typically, riders must be at least 18 years old to rent an ATV. Riders under 18 may be allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Is prior ATV riding experience necessary?
No prior experience is required. Our staff will provide a safety briefing and basic instructions before your ride.
How long is the tour?
The duration of the tour can vary depending on the package chosen by the customer.
Is there a maximum weight?
Yes, the maximum weight PER ATV is 350 lbs.
What safety gear is provided?
Yes, we provide helmets, gloves, and protective eyewear for all riders.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, you can reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the start time without any additional charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your booking experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards and mobile payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. For any special payment requests or group bookings, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What’s your cancellation policy?
* For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
* If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
* No refunds will be issued if you’re late to the check-in time, or no shows.
What’s your guest policy?
* A liability waiver must be signed by all participants.
* All drivers must be ages 16 and up with a valid drivers license.
* All drivers must participate in the safety briefing before the tour.
* No pregnant women, recent surgeries, back/knee problems or any serious health condition allowed on the tour.
* Covered & closed toe shoes are recommended for all tours.
* Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing that they don’t mind soiling.
* Safety helmets and googles are provided and are required for all guests to wear.
What’s your weather policy?
The tour goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain, severe weather conditions like a tropical storm, hurricane, or tornado. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spot or get a refund.
