What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your booking experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards and mobile payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. For any special payment requests or group bookings, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, you can reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the start time without any additional charges.
What’s your weather policy?
The tour goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain, severe weather conditions like a tropical storm, hurricane, or tornado. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spot or get a refund.
What’s your cancellation policy?
* For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
* If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
* No refunds will be issued if you’re late to the check-in time, or no shows.
